Document Process Management design, development and implementation of guidelines, naming convention, filing system, policies, tools, and documentation processes.
Stakeholder Management to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with all team members (technical, project, and service delivery) and all customer staff in the delivery of document iterative edits and final delivery.
Document Asset development and management including design, creation, and modification of document templates, styles, spreadsheets, graphics, video, and detailed drawings.
Define and manage customer needs and expectations.
